As a Talent Development Services Trainee, you will learn how to manage a training event in an international corporate environment and support the team with different training scopes.
In your new role, you will:
- Support the coordination, tracking, and management of training activities using our Learning Management System;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align cross-functional learning needs and opportunities;
- Provide administrative support to local and global training requests;
- Handle inquiries and requests from internal and external vendors, participants, program managers, and trainers located globally;
- Support training registration and logistics organization, such as hotel booking, training rooms, billing information, etc.;
- Ensure cooperation with external suppliers.
Your Profile
You have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times, having high-quality standards for your work. You have an organized and structured working style with a strong customer orientation. Furthermore, you are able to quickly establish successful cooperation with others.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- A degree in Language Studies, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field;
- Experience using MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook;
- Ability to structure your work within the team;
- Experience in events organization, learning management, or customer service is an advantage;
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of German would be a plus.
