Talent Development Trainer (M/W/D) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

Talentdevelopment - Taking action to ensure that we have the right mix of talentedpeople, with the right capabilities to deliver against Tesla’s key competenciesand business critical needs now and in the future by:

• Contributingto the talent initiatives for Giga.  Identify gaps in processes and workwith relevant stakeholders, technical & shop L&D teams, plus HRPartners to ensure that data is analyzed, and development actions identified
• Design,develop and agree the best delivery of learning development solutions thatcomplement the technical training needs through the resources available in theTalent Development Resource Centre
• Enablemanagers to drive learning in their teams through the Team Development Workshopsby offering train the trainer sessions and ongoing coaching support
• Regularfacilitation and delivery of training as necessary in person and via VILT orTTT in German and English
• Overseeall project related tasks, including setting up trainings, tracking attendance,monitoring budget, contributing to Talent Development resources, and reportingon personnel development measures (KPIs)

• Completedacademic studies, ideally with focus on Human resources development, businesspsychology, social sciences, or a related field. Alternatively, equivalent workexperience
• Training,coaching and or facilitation skills
• Abilityto simplify the complex and generate innovate solutions
• Positive‘can do’ attitude with great interest in learning and development
• Strongempathy and communication skills with with the ability to effectively engageand connect with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able towork both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Adaptabilityand willingness to embrace change in a dynamic and fast paced work environment
• Experiencein Microsoft 365
• Fluencyin English and German, additional language skills are welcome
