We're looking for a motivated and driven Senior Learning and Talent Development Manager (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

Your Tasks – Paint the world green

• Leadership Programs Enhancement: Continuously update, expand, and improve our leadership programs by developing relevant materials and activities aimed at enhancing leadership qualities across all levels of the organization.
• Individualized Leadership Development: Act as a strategic partner to our leadership team members, providing tailored guidance and support to define and implement individualized leadership development plans.
• Talent Development Strategy: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a comprehensive Talent Development strategy aligned with our business objectives, ensuring a highly engaged and empowered workforce that drives organizational success.
• Performance Review Process Enhancement: Take ownership of driving, improving and expanding our annual performance review processes, working closely with People Partners and technical consultants to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Succession Planning Support: Assist in the creation and establishment of a robust succession planning framework, identifying and nurturing top talent to ensure seamless leadership transitions and continuity.
• Talent Mapping and Skills-Based Approach: Support talent mapping efforts through a skills-based approach, identifying gaps and opportunities for Talent Development and alignment with organizational needs.
• Talent Market Research: Stay informed of talent market trends and industry best practices, leveraging insights to conceptualize Talent Development initiatives that drive organizational capabilities and growth.

Your Profile – Ready to hop on board

• You have a degree, or similar, in a business-related field of studies with focus on Psychology, Coaching & Training or Educational Science, or similar
• Ideally, you gained at least 5 years of work experience in Training and People Development, or similar; ideally in a dynamic environment
• You distinguish yourself through strong conceptional skills, but you are also able to show your strengths in operational work
• Being a Certified Strength Coach is a plus
• You are committed, empathetic, team-oriented with an accurate and structured work style
• You show passion for people development and digital learning products
• You are focused on customer requirements and customer happiness
• You demonstrate strong personal and written communication skills
• You have strong analytical skills and good presentation skills
• You have experience in working with an LMS and creating e-learning content (ideally worked with Docebo)
• Full professional proficiency in English. German or any other European language is a plus
