Talent Development Manager - Europe

Are you a dynamic and experienced Talent Development Manager eager to take on a new challenge? Our agency is partnering with a leading investment advisory firm that is on the lookout for a talented individual like you to join their team as a Talent Development Manager - a mixture of Training and Development as well as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.

As a Talent Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving HR initiatives across the European region. From designing and implementing training programs to shaping recruitment strategies and enhancing employer branding efforts, you'll have the chance to make a significant impact on the organization's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive training and development programs tailored to the needs of the European team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives for employer branding, recruitment, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across Europe.
• Drive recruitment efforts, including university marketing, alumni engagement, and talent attraction strategies.
• Enhance onboarding experiences and spearhead recruiting endeavors to attract top talent to the organization.

• 3-4 years of experience in Learning and Development within Professional services.
• University degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• Strong IT and Systems affinity to drive continuous enhancements in the LMS and user experience.
• Fluent in German and English; proficiency in another European language, such as French, is advantageous.
• Confident, people-oriented personality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment and drive initiatives forward.
• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence in delivery.

• Salaryband: 55 - 75.000 Euro , depending on expereince
• Performance related bonus
• 30 days holidays
• One day home office per week
