Job description

In your new role you will:

• Be involved in designing and constructing various high potential programs for the organization
• Partner with stakeholders to administer and coordinate developmental activities of the high potential programs
• Monitor outcomes of the high potential programs to generate reports through baseline data analytics
• Coordinate and assist with organizing internal workshops and facilitation
• Assist in leading local/regional/site projects and assigned tasks across HR Talent Development Team

Internship learning outcomes:

• Comprehend the role of HR Talent Development established in a global Hi-Tech MNC environment
• Understand how the high potential programs & activities of Talent Development function relate to business outcomes
• Learn to be key coordinator to attract both internal and external talents
• Develop skills in project management working with various stakeholders to co-ordinate events
• Enhance interpersonal and communication skills, working with diversity across countries and cross-cultural teams

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you are/have:

• Relevant field of studies in business; a major in Human Resources will be highly advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office: Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
• An open mind to learn and experiment
• Availability for min. 4 months internship
