For the EUROPE headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a
Talent Recruitment & Development Manager (m/w/x)
A variety of tasks are waiting for you, amongst others:
• From day 1 you will be the HR contact person for the region EUROPE and work closely with international HR colleagues on Recruiting and Development
• You will be responsible for Recruiting in the entire life cycle: from the job description to the offer, you will accompany the Regional Head Office positions to be filled
• You will also look after the Talent Development scope and support the implementation, management and development of talent management and development programs and processes
• You keep up to date with the best practices and legal background on Talent Recruiting and Development and adapt our strategies accordingly

Applicant's profile

You bring along:
• You already have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of Recruiting and Development – preferably in an international environment
• You have successfully completed commercial vocational training or a degree in business or psychology
• You enjoy dealing with people and like to communicate in English, German is considered as a plus
• You have very good user knowledge of the common MS Office programs
• You are a team player, show initiative and want to contribute ideas
• You are adaptable and responsible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
