As SEO Specialist, you will be in charge of our Tipico sports blog and the transformation to the digital sports hub for all sports enthusiasts. You take charge in the product feature developments including roadmap planning and end to end responsibility with a focus on converting the traffic to our sportsbook product. Detailed analysis of user journeys and funnels including a constant eye on its SEO performance and impact are key to guide this outstanding transformation.

Your playing field:

• Project Management Excellence: Independently drive online projects using agile methods, ensuring their success from start to finish. Translate project goals into epics, user stories, or tasks, and lead your team to victory!
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor product performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and implement optimizations. Uphold rigorous quality management through monitoring, reporting, ticketing, and bug tracking.
• User-Centric Approach: Conduct usability tests to gather valuable user feedback. Leverage your problem-solving skills to create user-friendly solutions that resonate with our audience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate clearly and transparently with stakeholders. Collaborate with suppliers to deliver top-notch digital products and services to our valued customers.
• Tech-Savvy Innovation: Identify market opportunities using cutting-edge technologies. Present your findings and recommendations, showcasing the business value of proposed solutions.
• SEO Mastery: Act as the go-to representative for Tech-SEO-related inquiries within the team. Develop both Frontend and Backend components for WordPress in collaboration with the SEO Content Team and external partners.
• SEO Analytics: Monitor and analyze implemented SEO measures, identifying new issues and potentials. Utilize dashboards and SEO tools to present insightful SEO KPIs for product management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (desirable).
• Experience: Minimum of two years' experience as a Product Manager in agile software development or a similar role.
• Industry Exposure: Experience working in an online or fast-moving industry.
• SEO Expertise: Profound (Tech-)SEO knowledge acquired through previous roles.
• Technical Proficiency: Excellent proficiency in specialized methodologies, tools, and tasks within the field.
• Analytical Skills: Detail-oriented with the capacity to grasp complex concepts quickly. Data-driven mindset with a commitment to basing decisions on thorough analyses.
• Collaboration: Strong team player with adept communication skills for various stakeholders.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English, oral and written (essential). Fluent in German, oral and written (desirable).
