Then come and join our global team as Technical Support Specialist (f/m/d) for AT-Systems in the Remote Services Center (RSC)
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In this role as Technical Support Specialist (Customer/CSE Support) for the Remote Services Center (RSC), you will be responsible for analyzing technical issues on Advanced Therapies X-Ray systems (main focus Artis systems) for the EMEA region, mainly liaising with our international service engineers and as required with customers or application specialists
- Performing preliminary clarifications and developing action plans including spare parts recommendations you provide the necessary support for our systems
- Working autonomously, you will track measures, implement adaptations and escalate issues to the headquarter support center (HSC) and the business area AT
- You will be part of the team that monitors system performance and proactively prevent imminent problems from disrupting customer’s operation
- We provide customer support from 7 am - 6 pm. Working hours are flexible and are arranged within the team to ensure reachability
- On-site support situation may be required; Local business trips (Germany) and abroad (approx. 10%) can be part of the requirement

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully studied electrical, mechanical or medical engineering
- You have several years of intensive field experience as a service engineer for AT systems
- You do not hold a degree? We also welcome your application if you have successfully completed technical vocational training and further education in combination with additional professional experience in this field
- You possess in-depth knowledge and certification for our Artis systems. Bringing in additional knowledge on further AT systems (Sensis, Mobile Surgery) is a plus
Your attributes and skills:
- In order to communicate with our English speaking customers, your English skills are excellent. Additionally, German language skills are nice to have
- You will work simultaneously on several topics in parallel, so you are comfortable with prioritizing your workload while maintaining an overview; you will also keep customer satisfaction firmly in focus at all times
