Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
your main tasks:
- Supporting employees and managers in a defined support area for all personnel-related issues, as well as solving diverse and complex issues
- Coordination and implementation of organizational changes, individual personnel measures and disciplinary measures
- Working in partnership and coordinating with the Centers of Excellence Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Development as well as Business Unit HR and the Shared Services Centers
- Implementation of HR processes in the area of support (performance management, development planning, compensation planning, succession planning)
- Job evaluation in accordance with the existing GBV and remuneration determination
- Collaboration in the introduction and implementation of Group-wide strategies, programs and initiatives
- Collaboration in local and cross-location HR projects
- Recruitment of specialists
- Further development of existing tools and processes
- Constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council
your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources or further training with relevant experience in the required area of responsibility
- Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible position in operational HR work; ideally in industry in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of collective bargaining, labor, tax and social security law
- Very good communication skills and a confident manner
- Experience in change management is an advantage
- High service orientation, commitment and dedication
- Organizational talent and structured way of working
- Very good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR tools; especially Success Factors desirable
- Very good written and spoken English and fluency in German
