- You will support the HR Business Partner team in the development and implementation of HR-related processes and tasks
- You will be involved in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of communication measures for works councils, employees, executives and management
- You will gain a comprehensive insight into the day-to-day business of an HR Business Partner as well as strategic topics
- Support in the development and detailing of role profiles, e.g:
- Transferring roles into the existing career model
- Deriving skills based on the job profile
- Transferring roles to the existing internal grading structure (remuneration structure)
- Updating our skills library
- Reviewing existing skills
- Researching and adding new skills
- Administrative support with regard to ongoing projects such as
- Preparation and editing of presentations
- Translation of documents (German/English)
Your Profile
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, human resources management, (industrial/business) psychology, communication sciences, law, or similar.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in operational and/or strategic HR management
- Good knowledge of common MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams)
- Competencies in the areas of confidentiality, security, data protection, sensitivity and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and high communication skills
- Convincing and professional appearance and communication skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
