Job Overview
your main tasks:
- Establish and manage EHS programs and resources aligned with TE's strategy.
- Develop and maintain an EHS management system, incorporating safety assessment requirements.
- Assess and prioritize EHS risks, implementing action plans for control.
- Lead EHS initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct training programs for 100% employee engagement in EHS.
- Form teams for EHS improvements and program management.
- Audit and evaluate EHS management system performance.
- Participate in EHS inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Facilitate risk assessments and advise on effective risk control measures.
- Train, coach, and mentor individuals involved in EHS programs.
- Create and report organizational EHS metrics.
- Monitor and report safety and environmental performance.
- Support and guide employees to work safely and comply with regulations.
- Develop the skills of direct reports and others with EHS responsibilities.
your profile:
- University degree in safety, health, or environmental discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of EH&S experience.
- Experience in a technical, engineering, or manufacturing role preferred.
- Professional EHS Certification (Safety Officer).
- Strong communication skills in German and English (both must be fluent written and spoken)
- Able to travel up to 25%.
