Exciting Opportunity for Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisors at AXA! Join us in the New Year!

Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling career where you can make a real impact? AXA is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Multi-Skilled Customer Service Advisors, providing exceptional service in Motor breakdown, home emergency, and travel insurance, including medical assistance.

Overview:

  • Handle inbound calls, find solutions for customers, and instruct approved suppliers.

  • Support customers in Motor, Home, and Travel insurance, including Medical Claims.

  • Essential member of operations departments, showcasing a variety of skill sets.

  • Hybrid working contracts available, with 2 days a week in our vibrant Redhill office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and support customers with various skill sets.

  • Find solutions for Motor breakdown, home emergency, and travel insurance.

  • Work rotational shifts or 4 on 4 off basis (10-hour shifts).

  • Join a supportive team with intake dates on Monday 5th & 19th February 2024.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Full-time salary: £20,020 + up to 10% shift allowance (total potential package up to £22,022).

  • Cross-skill allowance of £2,000 after completing training in all 3 departments.

  • AXA Partners plant a tree for every new recruit with a permanent contract!

Induction & Training:

  • 5 weeks of comprehensive training provided.

  • Part-time employees must complete training on full-time hours.


Your Profile

Qualifications - Requirements:

  • Previous experience not essential; comprehensive training provided.

  • Excellent Customer Service skills with empathy, respect, and patience.

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations and solve problems.

  • Basic computer skills, proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft 365, data entry, good grammar, and spelling.
