Key Details:
- Essential member of our busy contact centre, guiding customers through the Claims process.
- Stay calm in challenging situations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date systems.
Start Dates:
- Monday 8th and 22nd January 2024.
Working Environment:
- Hybrid working contracts for a balanced life.
- Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. No evenings, weekends, or Bank holidays!
Salary & Benefits:
- Annual salary: £20,020.
- Fully comprehensive remote training for 5 weeks.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent Customer Service with relevant and accurate information.
- Provide advice on travel policies and global card brands/products.
- Use initiative and available resources for optimal customer outcomes.
- Answer calls with standard response times, ensuring accurate case notes and diaries.
- Utilize strong attention to detail and remain calm in challenging situations.
Your Profile
Requirements:
- Great Customer Service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sensitivity and empathy to assist distressed customers.
- Ability to remain calm and detail oriented.
- Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office.
