Aufgabengebiet

• Overall full responsibility for the legal German entity of the brand, including P&L (Budget&MTP), strategic local definitions in order to develop the brand on the German market.
• Being the ambassador of the brands vision, mission, core values and leadership principles in Germany and beyond
• Ability to build, lead and inspire a dedicated local team with the ambition to accelerate and expand the business in Germany
• Requires, facilitates and realises with the support of the European Shared Service Centre excellent (technical) customer support
• Develops, implements ans measures the success of sales supporting tools
• Ensures market-relevant information (e.g. local legal requirements) and makes sure the brand complies with it
• Cooperates and communicates pro-actively with other entities of the brand
• Develops/defines and implements the brands marketing/sales activities in general in cooperation with internal/external partners

Anforderungsprofil

• Trusted, senior and experienced entrepreneur - ability to accelerate the brand in Germany with an excellent personal network, established for a premium brand, beneficial if related to the kitchen industry
• Strong marketing/brand orientation combined with a focus on sales abilities, to lift the brand perception but as well the sales success to the next level
• Excellent leadership (incl soft skills such as listening and empathy, patience, creativity and dependability to enable the team to top-performances) and communication skills
• Fluent in German (mother tongue) and English & Good IT skills (CRM Dynamics, Microsoft Office)
• Result driven by taking ownership and team enabler/player
