• Successfully completed apprenticeship or studies in a relevant field
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities in a proactive and detail-oriented way
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and good MS Office skills
• High level of initiative, flexibility, solution-orientation and accuracy in all tasks
• Fluent in English and German

• Identification of fresh ways to help the CE organization stay up to date and in touch
• Coordination of various CE meetings and all relevant key stakeholders
• Organization and preparation of CE events
• Support in preparation of presentations, videos & travel management
• Be constantly in contact with internal and external stakeholders and manage ad hoc requests
• Support the Management team with administrative and departmental tasks
