Together with your colleagues, you will handle all requests for group reservations (10+ rooms) and reservations for meetings, conferences and Events for our meetings & events department. You maintain contacts with existing guests and clients and take care of new bookings. Thereafter, you plan the event precisely based on the needs and desires of the guest and in coordination with all concerned departments in the hotel. Lastly, you are a great up seller and you are capable of achieving the highest possible revenue for the hotel.

Besides an enthusiastic personality you are / you have;
· Experience in a commercial role, preferably in a hotel
· A real team player with a ‘Hands on’ mentality
· A hospitable attitude and great up sell skills
· Strong communicative skills in English and Dutch (both speaking and writing)
· Assertive, pro-active and a sense of urgency in driving to reach goals
· In the possession of a valid residence and working permit for the Netherlands
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Knowledge of the hotel property management systems
