What will I be doing?
As a sales coordinator you are responsible for supporting our sales, catering & event managers by assisting with processing of contracts, banquet event orders, rooming list entry, and other workflow items of daily operation of the sales, catering & event office.
You will also be assisting with the below:
- Create and provide inter-department communication pertaining to forthcoming groups & events on a daily and weekly basis.
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly tasks to maintain data integrity in various hotel systems.
- Provides the director and managers of Sales and Marketing with administrative and clerical support including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation.
- Making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.
- Assists on special projects as needed.
