What is the job about?
As the Sales Coordinator - Technical, you'll provide advanced support by delivering information, advice, and assistance regarding Grundfos' products and services before, during, and after a transaction to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities include:
· Provide technical assistance to customers regarding product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, prices, and more, ensuring the functionality of the solution in practice.
· Follow up on customer interactions within set Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
· Process special orders and inquiries in coordination with suppliers.
· Support sales teams by handling tenders and projects, including providing dimensions, specifications, calculations, time of delivery, operation, and maintenance issues among others.
· Identify business opportunities and handover to external sales.
· Ensure customer master data is updated for their portfolio of customers.
· Collaborate and provide support with the respective product segment or other suppliers when local problem-solving is not available.
· Implement the Quality Policy, Environment, and Security of Work to achieve proposed targets.
· Provide technical quotes to customers.

· Ensure accurate recording and updating of customer data.
· Provide quotes in a timely and efficient manner.
What do you need to apply?
· Fundamental Product and Application Knowledge of Grundfos products or similar (essential)
· Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent within a relevant industry sector or work experience (minimum of 3+ years) (not mandatory)
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Knowledge of products and market
· Preferred working knowledge of SAP
· Familiarity with MS Office applications.
· Good communication and networking skills together with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
· Excellent written and spoken English.
