We’re looking for a proactive Executive Assistant who plays a crucial role in providing high level administrative support to various executives and highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills. Your Profile:
- Calendar Management. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prioritize and coordinate commitments to optimize the directors´ time. Collaborate with departments heads and stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of action plans defined during executive meetings.
- Arrange international and domestic travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the managers. Budgets for travels and administrating contracts for customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf your managers.
- Lead the organization of internal events (All hands Meetings, Team Meetings and Steering Committee Meetings)
- Undertake special projects and much more.
The Role:
- The Executive Assistant will gain insight into the day-to-day business of key company Executives and Senior Managers. In time, this role will be responsible for individual projects and be able to work independently. Our Executive Assistant team works in a collaborative manner, builds relationships with other Executive Assistants, and acts as a backup for other Executive Assistants as needed.
The qualifications & experience you need:
- Proven experience as an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT supporting high-level executives ( 5 years minimum)
- Motivation and adaptability to work in a fast-paced changing environments.
- Experience working in a tech-driven environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office and SAP
- Perfect command in English (written and spoken).
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks, high flexibility and experience working under pressure with different time zones
- Reliable, discrete and service oriented personality
- High level of integrity and business ethics
- Strong team player
- Very Strong IT skills, including Social media platforms.
