Technical Sales Support

In this role, you will be the technical point person for the sales organization in Process Automation in Mexico, providing technical solutions and advice on ABB products, systems and applications. In this role, you will support local sales teams and customers by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions.

Sales Support Manager

Your responsibilities

• Helping to prepare the technical and financial aspects of offers, including pricing and trading conditions.
• Supporting the sales team by providing advice on technical solutions, products, systems and applications.
• Performing diagnostics and analysis to make improvement recommendations based on customers’ needs.
• Contributing technical details and perspectives in at various stages, and delivering technical presentations, drawings, and demonstrations of complex product issues.
• Offering specialized training on products, solutions, and services.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic, Chemical, Automation Engineering or related field.
• 2 years of experience in similar positions.
• Knowledge and experience in instrumentation and analytics.
• Previous experience or with the preparation of offers or technical proposals for automation processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel level is desirable.
• Advanced English level.
