This position reports to

Head of Technical Sales Support

Your responsibilities

• Technical Sales Support for the business unit sales units
• Professional customer support and consulting as well as convincing presentation of our products to the customer, in German and English
• Carefully organizing and accompanying the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of technical equipment
• Planning and realization of digital customer workshops and launch events, both internal and external

Your background

• Successful master's degree in the field of electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science or similar
• Relevant professional experience in automation technology desirable; dedicated career entrants are welcome
• Experience in presenting technical contexts, in dealing with DCS control systems and reliable knowledge of Ethernet networks
• Know-how in MS Office
• Fluent German as well as written and spoken English
