Service Sales Specialist

You will be accountable for sales of Service Agreements, Training products, Spare Parts Kits, Systems Services (upgrades, replacements, retrofits, extensions) in Robotics Spain, driving sales volumes and margins.In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.

Service Sales Manager

Your responsibilities

• Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy.
• Working with the wider sales team to identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Using your knowledge of customers’ needs and ABB’s solutions to determine effective solutions for customers
• Monitoring customer and market trends along with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.

Your background

• 2-3 years of experience in sales.
• Sound knowledge of Robotics portfolio and the General Industry and Automotive market.
• Knowledge of Robotics portfolio and the General Industry and Automotive market.
• A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• University Degree in Engineering (other Technical Degree might be considerate) or equivalent knowledge with demonstrable experience.
• Spanish Native, English (Speaking, Reading & Writing).
• Current Driving License B valid in European Community.
