You will be working as Service Sales Specialist and will be part of Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Project Manager and will be responsible for working as sales and order handling engineer for spares, callout services and maintenance contracts, catering to multiple business lines. Discussing with front end sales team and other internal stake holders to proactively generate opportunities and convert them into profitable orders. Striving to exceed the targets set by the business in terms of quality of the deliverables as well as volumes.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring on time dispatch of spares or delivery of requested services in line with customer order
- Negotiating and closing orders in coordination with front end sales team
- Supporting front end or regional team in payment collection
- Coordinating with internal teams for overall timely execution of orders
- Ensuring update of offer tracking tool with all relevant details always
- Responsible for offer submission for spares / service requests
Your background
- Diploma or degree in electrical / electronics and communication / computer science / instrumentation engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
- Working knowledge of SAP modules like PS, SD, MM etc
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed
- Good listener with a mindset to resolve issues in minimum possible time
- Good communication and negotiation skills
