Senior Manager, Investor Relations (All Genders)

We are on the lookout for a Senior Manager, Investor Relations (all genders) to join our best-in-class Investor Relations team and act as a valuable and trusted advisor for our Management team.

• You will represent Delivery Hero in all external communication with investors and analysts as a trustworthy and reliable capital market participant

• You will contribute to developing the Delivery Hero equity store and also have direct exposure to the management board

• You will develop capital market communication material including quarterly results and roadshow presentations, annual reports, speeches and regulatory publications as well as financial press releases and AdHoc-releases

• You will be able to work on exciting projects that go beyond the day to day IR activities

• You will analyze share price performance, investor base, analyst reports as well as competitor and industry developments and prepare information packages for the Management Board and Supervisory Board

• You will work closely with other departments such as Legal, Controlling, Accounting, Strategy, Finance and Communications

• You will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements under German capital market law concerning financial publication and the respective deadlines

• Strong academic background in Finance or Economics

• Relevant professional Investor Relations experience, ideally at a company listed on the German stock exchange, alternatively, in the areas of corporate finance of a listed company or equity-related experience in investment banking

• You convince with analytical and conceptual skills, paired with eloquent communication in speech and writing as well as a high degree of organizational talent and initiative. In addition, you have an excellent attention to detail and strive for continuous improvement

• You are fluent in German and English in written and spoken

• You have a strong understanding of capital markets and its regulatory framework in Germany

• You are agile and have a flexible entrepreneurial mindset that fits the company culture

• You have in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, accounting and regulations relevant to the capital markets.
