SCAYLE is the B2B division of ABOUT YOU Holding SE and comprises a three-part service portfolio: Commerce Technology, Online Marketing and Commerce Operations. The SCAYLE Commerce Engine provides brand manufacturers and retailers with the components to scale their digital D2C business. Its customers include approximately 140 online stores in 26 European countries, including leading brands such as Manchester United, Deichmann, Fielmann, Tom Tailor and many more. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will run our Digital Marketing efforts across all channels (e.g. on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta) collaborating with demand generation, content and product marketing teams to orchestrate dynamic digital campaigns tailored to diverse markets.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted Digital Marketing campaigns across key platforms, ensuring alignment with each market's specific needs and maturity levels. Leverage a multi-channel approach to maximize reach and engagement
- Strategic Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration across various teams, integrating digital strategies with broader marketing initiatives to enhance campaign coherence and effectiveness. Ensure seamless execution of digital tactics within the overall marketing mix
- Analytics and Performance Optimization: Dedicate a significant portion of your role to analyzing digital campaign data, managing dashboards, and tracking KPIs. Use these insights to refine strategies, improve engagement, and maximize digital ROI
- Special Projects and Optimization Initiatives: Support special projects focusing on enhancing digital presence, including A/B testing for optimized user experiences, website enhancements for increased engagement and conversion, and SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and performance
- ABM Display Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of display campaigns within our ABM tooling, ensuring they are strategically integrated with our broader ABM efforts to engage key accounts effectively across digital channels
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, economics, or a related discipline
- 3-4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, skilled in E2E digital campaigns; knowledge of ABM tooling is a plus
- Proficient in data analytics and visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio, with strong capabilities in data interpretation for strategic insights
- Demonstrates a proactive, hands-on approach with a capacity for independent project management
- Quick learner with an organized method, adept at balancing multiple projects simultaneously
