(Senior) Manager Transfer Pricing (all genders)

We are looking for a (Senior) Manager Transfer Pricing (all genders) to support our tax team. In this role, you will be supporting the correct and consistent application of Zalando’s Transfer Pricing Policy and related end-to-end Transfer Pricing management process, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of appropriate arm’s length pricing and up to date Transfer Pricing documentation.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

• You will develop a deep understanding of Zalando’s value chain and legal entity structure and adapt/maintain Zalando’s Group Transfer Pricing Policy accordingly

• You will establish and oversee the Zalando Transfer Pricing management process in collaboration with stakeholders within the Zalando Group, including understanding and monitoring of entity functions across Zalandos footprint, ensuring the implementation and monitoring of appropriate arm’s length pricing and up to date supporting documentation

• You will perform quantitative and/or qualitative analysis with respect to different inter-company transactions

• You will proactively identify and manage Transfer Pricing risks by ensuring consistent application of Transfer Pricing practices and documentation for intercompany transactions.

• You will maintain and update the required benchmarks across the Zalando Group

• You will manage and update the content of the Zalando Group Master File and Local File country templates

• You will manage strategy and input to tax audit requests related to Transfer Pricing matters

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF

• Degree in tax, science, law, economics, business administration or a comparable background or equivalent

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience and Transfer pricing as well as in-house experience is a add on

• SAP knowledge and/or experience in other analytical programs and strong analytical abilities

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (other languages ​​would be an advantage)

• Attention to detail, good communication skills, and a willingness to take ownership over assigned tasks

• A strong interest in business and corporate strategy and interest in working in an international environment
