Job Description

• You work closely with our Chief of Staff, Co-CEOs and the Executive Board and take over responsibility for priority projects as member of the CEO Office
• You are involved in business development and take responsibility for driving forward strategic projects by preparing presentations and key decisions
• You are responsible for analysing and interpreting data to provide actionable recommendations to the Executive Board
• You build relations with key stakeholders within and outside the Company including but not limited to our investors, board members and business partners
• You prepare the communication of key company decisions and updates
• You support the Executive Board with day-to-day tasks including setting up meetings, preparing briefings or supporting ad-hoc topics such as budgeting, software procurement or recruiting
• You will have high exposure to our leadership team and get a great overview of Scalable Capital. You will work closely with our Chief of Staff, Managing Directors and Finance team

Qualifications

• You have a keen interest in entrepreneurship and will give your all to grow Scalable Capital across Europe
• You are proficient in data analysis tools, such as Excel and SQL
• You thrive in a fast paced environment, navigate ambiguity and go the extra mile
• You work independently and have a go-getter attitude. You like to get things done
• You have a service mentality and can be trusted with confidential information
• You have a stellar degree from a top tier university (please include GPA from high school forward in your application materials)
• You have several years of experience in a fast growing startup, a consultancy or in finance
• You have excellent communication skills that are clear, concise, and targeted towards your audience
• Your command of English is fluent and you are at ease in high stakes situations
