The Sales Support Specialist is the expert in drafting even the most complex competitive bids, estimates and quotations for customers. He/she develops technical solutions to enable the offer to be carried out, and provides technical advice.Externally, you will maintain and develop relationships with customers and may need to consult suppliers. Internally, you will regularly interact with the sales team, sales agents, the logistics department, the quality department, the sales department and the marketing department.

Your responsibilities

• Understand and respond to technical requests by providing solutions and technical advice on products, systems and applications to customers, partners and/or sales engineers.
• Materialize and cost sales proposals.
• Communicate with the entire sales/ADV and marketing team.
• Provide specialized internal or external training on software products, solutions, services and tools.
• Analyze defined indicators to measure business efficiency and initiate action plans in the event of deviations from set objectives.

Your background

• At least Bac +2 technical (BTS Electrotechnique or DUT GEII or other technical training) with commercial training (ideally Licence Professionnelle Technico-commercial Sédentaire).
• Good knowledge of the technical field concerned.
• Proven experience in a similar position (minimum 10 years).
• Good command of IT tools.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Good writing skills.
• No obstacles to travel (5% maximum).
• Strong awareness of Health, Safety and Security rules: HSE is everyone's business.
