Sales Support Specialist ( Customs & Supply Chain) (Temporary)

The candidate will be working as Sales Support Specialist and will be part of Process Automation Division for Measurement & Analytics. With your ability to be at the forefront of technological development and various functionalities, you will advise both your sales colleagues and customers, so that we can create the right match between customer needs, expectations and ABB's services & digital solutions. Your focus is to match the customer's needs and desires with the right technique and then assemble it into qualified solutions. You can look forward to being part of a well-functioning team, all working at the crossroads between technology and the commercial.This role will be 1 year contract.

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring timely and accurate creation of tender documents through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Managing all aspects of the bid — including technical, financial, product management and risk reviews.
• Coordinating with the Supply Chain to identify suppliers for services and materials, through regular studies of customer needs and market trends.
• Contributing to an effective, positive customer relationship throughout the sales process.
• Examining and reporting on the results of tenders and identifying areas for improvement to increase success.
• Export control and customs compliance, necessary for daily in- and outbound operations, including formal documentation and archiving requirements.
• Monitor suppliers order acknowledgments and dispatch advices along with the inbound freight, customs clearance and local transportation processes
• Tracks goods received at the warehouse in order to verify appropriate delivery, ensures invoice processing and service level to the customer.
• Develops effective communications and relation with suppliers and with other stakeholders (e.g. logistics, team, materials planners, ect.).

Your background

• A technical education and great technical interest.
• Preferred 1/ 2 years of experience in preparing bids and tenders,
• Excellent knowledge of SAP,
• Good level of English,
• Turkish knowledge is a must,
