Join ALAIKA Advisory and our team of experts in supporting our clients in all kinds of strategic transformations as well as our three key domains: Cybersecurity, Data Analytics & AI, and ESG/Climate Tech. 

What you will do:

• Transform and Innovate: Play a pivotal role in enhancing our internal HR processes. Dive into projects that elevate our talent acquisition strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and HR analytics.
• Build and Present: Your insights will drive change. Create comprehensive HR presentations, communications, and reports for our leadership and internal teams. Be the voice behind impactful presentations and HR communications.
• Be Part of the Team: Step in and show us your prowess! Contribute to proposal preparations, evaluate HR initiatives' impact and effectiveness, and be central to organising key internal meetings. You will be integral to the efficacy of our HR operations.
• Fly High with Support: Dive right in; we're here to support. We prioritise your growth, offering early responsibilities and learning opportunities. Immerse yourself in the world of HR, honing your analytical, interpersonal, and strategic skills from day one.

Your profile:

• Heart and Soul: You're passionate about life, relationships, and your career. Your consistency shines through in everything you do.
• Educational Background: You're currently pursuing studies in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields at a top-tier university (minimum 4. Bachelor-semester).
• Relevant Experience: Your background includes experience as an intern or Working Student in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Ideally, this would be in HR roles, whether in start-ups, established companies, or HR consultancy.
• Learning Zeal: A keen interest to dive deeper into the intricacies of Human Resources, organisational psychology, and evolving business strategies.
• Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken German and English.
