About the job
Have you worked in smaller companies or startups before? Or do you have experiences within a large corporate environment and want to extend your tasks? simplesurance is exactly a perfect mix of startup and professional environment! As a People Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to work on diverse topics in an international environment. We’re an awesome small HR team of one Senior People Operations Manager, one Office Manager, two Talent Acquisition Manager and one Working Student.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively take over all People Operations topics such as contract management, onboarding/offboarding, data quality and the handling of all processes and guidelines
- Together with your senior colleague, ensure a proper monthly payroll preparation for Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, India and third parties
- Be the go to person for our diverse team members and leads and support with their requests
- Contribute to improvements and optimizations by actively working on relevant projects
- Work closely with all other teams to develop a strong stakeholder management
Bring to the team
- First relevant experiences as HR Manager, People Operations or Generalist
- Apprenticeship or University Degree
- Enjoying to work with people, finding solutions together and being service-oriented
- Structured, reliable working style with focus to detail
- Professional fluency in English and German (C1)
