These will be your main activities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support company objectives.

- Collaborate closely with the works council.
Your profile
- Completed studies in HR, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR, ideally in a leadership position.
- Profound knowledge in recruitment, employee development, and labor law.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality.
- Enjoy working in an international environment.
- Very good English language skills.
