To support our department Human Resources in Prague, we are currently offering a position as
HR Manager Czech Republic & Slovakia (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- You are the first point of contact and support for internal personnel in terms of questions and guidance on any HR topics
- You are reporting towards and working with EMEA headquarter in Munich, contributing to the continuous further development of HR management and regular collaboration with HR colleagues in other subsidiaries
- You are responsible for all payroll procedures, keep deadlines and are familiar with local legislation and social security aspects related (cooperation with external company)
- You are leading key HR processes along the HR lifecycle and assuming responsibility for all HR administrative activities whilst ensuring GDPR compliance
- You are acting as Sparring Partner for local General Manager and being part of local management team
- You are acting as ambassador of our Arthrex proud culture and taking responsibility for local organizational development actions
- You are responsible for setting up recruitment strategy and driving entire recruitment process, including onboarding of new employees
- You supervise and coordinate L&D processes in the entity such as trainings, performance reviews and employees´ personal development
- You lead the yearly HR Budget process in cooperation with local General Manager and Finance
Your Profile
- You have an academic degree, preferably in Human Resources or a similar field
- You have extensive experience in operational general HR and recruiting
- You have proficiency in MS Office applications as well as SAP HCM and payroll software
- You are an engaging personality with a high capacity for teamwork as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You have a profound understanding of the Czech labour law, knowledge of Slovak labour law is a plus
- You are discrete and have a high awareness for handling confidential information
- You are good at decision-making and working self-organized with taking responsibility for your tasks
- You show strong commitment, service orientation and high social competence
- You have very good verbal and written English skills
