Welcome to your new role in Sungrow (Germany), as our new HR intern!
HR Training
You will be responsible of our collaborative new Training Academy for the EU region (500 employees) and work closely with the Training Manager to:
● Create digital courses, support employees, improve trainings quality, launch projects to engage more users
● Lead the integration of an external learning solution and Onboarding process
Employer Branding
● Manage Sungrow Xing and Kununu company account: regularly posting about company news; overseeing Kununu comments.
● Arrange HR Employer Branding projects like events planning and application for new HR Awards.
HR Operations
● Policy Adherence: Assist in ensuring that HR policies and procedures are followed consistently throughout the organization.
● Documentation and Reporting: Help maintain records related to policy compliance and assist with compliance-related reporting.
● Employee Relations: Provide initial support in addressing employee relations issues, escalating as necessary to senior HR staff.
Your profile
Mandatory requirements:
- Degree in HR or business (currently enrolled in the last year or recently graduated)
- Languages: English (C1 - fluent)
- Legal right to live and work in the EU without the need for visa sponsorship
Nice to haves:
- Language skills in German or Chinese (Mandarin)
Important information:
Remote work is possible for this internship but we would prefer candidates who are already based in Munich or available to relocate for early March.
