In your new role you will:
- Work on live hiring requirements, will be involved insourcing qualified technical candidates.
- This role requires to work along with TA specialists both internally and externally to learn the talent sourcing
- Build professional relationship and network.
- Learn methods and apply the learning to source the qualified talent for external positions
- Communicate with TA Specialists both in Singapore & other locations and client managers if required.
- Manage status updates Applicant Tracking System.
- Make sure jobs are posted on job sites and MoM Singapore.
- Make sure timely referral campaigns are supported
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- On track to attain Bachelor in Business /HR /Social Sciences or relevant field of studies
- Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook
- Fair understanding about Talent Sourcing concepts is advantageous.
- Ability to understand the semiconductor technical skills from recruiter’s perspective is advantageous.
- Fair understanding of networking tools and job boards is advantageous.
