Introductie
Onze site ontstond officieel in 1975 met de officiële opening van onze Truckassemblage fabriek. Het vertrouwen in de Belgische know-how maakte van Gent de perfecte centrale plaats voor alle Volvo Group activiteiten. Het duurde dan ook niet lang om de site verder uit te breiden tot wat deze vandaag is: een centrale plaats waar verschillende expertises samenkomen en onze verschillende departementen bemannen. De site vandaag kent het grootste magazijn van de Volvo Group en heeft 3 fabrieken met oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en performantie.

Jouw ideale stage?
Volg je een opleiding binnen HR en ben je geboeid door alles wat met rekrutering te maken heeft? Ben je benieuwd hoe wij de juiste mensen selecteren en wil je zelf graag de kneepjes van het vak leren? Zoek niet langer verder, want wij hebben voor jou de perfecte stageplaats!

• De rode draad doorheen jouw stageperiode zal bestaan uit administratieve ondersteuning. Samen met de Recruitment Administrator zal jij ervoor zorgen dat elke stakeholder up-to-date blijft en dat kandidaten goed worden opgevolgd.
• Ook beschik jij over een gezonde dosis mensenkennis en weet jij de juiste mensen te selecteren en aan te spreken. Zo zal een deel van jouw takenpakket bestaan uit searchen op verschillende jobboards.
• Ben je ook nog eens communicatief ingesteld? Perfect! Samen met jouw collega’s zal je Volvo Group vertegenwoordigen op jobbeurzen waar je de kans krijgt je te profileren als een echte Volvo Ambassador.
• Verder zal jij de kans krijgen om ons nieuw stagebeleid verder op te volgen en verder uit te breiden. Laat je inspireren, leg contacten en durf zelfstandig werken. Bedenk wat jij als stagiair leuk zou vinden, maak een echte community op en organiseer momenten voor onze Volvo Group studenten om samen te komen en ervaringen uit te wisselen.
• Allerlaatst zal je in een ander belangrijk project ook ondersteuning bieden in het vinden van kandidaten binnen een specifieke doelgroep.

• Je volgt een opleiding binnen HR (Psychologie, Handelswetenschappen,...).

• Je bent analytisch ingesteld met een gezonde dosis mensenkennis.
• Je houdt ervan om ook zelfstandig te werk te gaan.
• Je ben administratief zeer nauwkeurig en bent een echt organisatorisch talent.
• Je bent pro-actief en neemt graag initiatief.
