Job purpose

We are looking for you if you have passion for learning and are thrilled to contribute to the digitalization transformation of the HR function at European level. In your role you will work as part of the European HR Team to assist in short to long term digitalization project within the function, with a focus on project management, data accuracy and IT project development.

How will you contribute

Test your proactive and creative approach on designing new HR and Digitalization solutions. Provide day-to-day project management support with readily available advice for processes and activities to successfully deliver projects while meeting the timescale and quality parameters in line with overall business objectives and needs.

Main Tasks

• Partner with the Regional HR Team to build a strong innovation culture among the HR community and beyond
• Under direct supervision, provide day-to-day support for successful execution of HR Digitalization transformation
• Undertake preparation of project schedules, tracking reports, updates, presentations and communications for the different projects
• Provide IT knowledge and execution on main digitalization project agenda
• Check recurring issues faced during delivery, proposing solutions measures
• Check and highlight deviations from defined project plans and timelines
• Perform allocated project tasks and activities for own work area under guidance
• Assist the HR Department on other projects and initiatives
   

Your profile

• Fresh graduated (less than 12 months) / University student
• IT savvy
• Power BI knowledge is a plus
• Self-starter mindset with ability to follow given guidelines
• Good communication skills
• Strong organizational skills paired with pro-active behavior to manage simultaneous projects deliverables and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Ability to properly handle confidential and HR sensitive information
• You hold a valid VISA or Permit to work within the EU Country you apply from
