You would support the newest academy in its development, the Human Resources Academy. Job description

  • Take responsibility: You support global training planning and accompanying eLearning productions for the HR pillar
  • Data is everything: You prepare market and competitor analyses as well as reporting presentations in cooperation with key stakeholders
  • Teamwork is dreamwork: You collaborate and support the internal experts in the development of trainings with the Learning Service team
  • Convince with words: You maintain and optimize the internal training platform and communication channels together as a team
  • Reliable work: You support quality of and expansion of the HR Academy offering
  • Expand your horizons: You support with changing projects in the context of HR development
  • Organizational talent: You organize and facilitate learning events

Your Profile

  • Study field: You are currently studying Business Administration, Business Psychology, Economics or similar
  • Personality: You bring a collaborative spirit, good communication skill and customer orientation
  • Way of working: You are characterized by your process-oriented and structured working style and you have an integrative and discreet way of working when dealing with sensitive data and set a high-quality standard for your own work
  • Interests: You have an affinity for technical training topics and data management
  • Experience: You are experienced in working with the common MS Office programs
  • Language skills: You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Important information:
  • Working part-time: The focus is on studies. Therefore, working student is possible during the lecture period with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: You must be enrolled and the examination results or modules of your studies must not have been completed yet, so that you can still work in our team for at least 6 months. You must also not be in a semester of leave.
  • You should live close to the site : It is important for us to work with you on site and to integrate you into the team. You should therefore be able to come to the site regularly.
