As an Avanade HR Business Partner, a wide range of tasks await you. You are responsible for overseeing a department and are the contact person for employees and the Shared Service Center. Mobile working is possible, occasional office appointments are required.

What you will do:

• You are the contact person within the business unit for employees and managers in HR-related matters

• You work closely with HR Business Partners in the DACH region and the HR Shared Service Team in Bucharest

• You further develop and optimize HR processes and participate in regional and international HR projects

• In your day-to-day business, you create reports, analyzes and prepare payroll

Your skills and experiences:

• Several years of experience in the HR environment, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist

• Service and solution-oriented approach to employees and departments

• Affinity to processes and projects

• High self-motivation, enthusiasm and ability to implement

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Enjoy working in a team
