As a core member of the HR team in our Business Area Robotics & Discrete Automation (RA), you will be responsible for the overall HR contribution and value added to the business. You will collaborate with relevant leaders to comprehend business drivers, current and long-term strategies, and identify opportunities for HR to enhance the business.In this role, you will translate business goals into HR priorities and ensure effective implementation in partnership with the Centers of Expertise and global business services.This is a full-time position and will be located in Friedberg/Hessen.

Your responsibilities

• Implementing strategies and plans related to organizational restructuring, optimal utilization, redeployment, and the best allocation of human resources
• Driving high performance in RA, aligning with global business performance standards, KPIs, and targets
• Representing HR in the broader business, establishing robust relationships with leaders by providing assistance and guidance on HR matters
• Ensuring clarity and action on the people and organizational capabilities required in the medium to long term
• Interpreting HR analytics data to comprehend key organizational dynamics, trends, and issues, and utilizing findings to specify and implement relevant actions

Your background

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in integration projects and proficiency in working and negotiating with works councils is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple demands on your time and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
• A strategic Business Partner with a keen understanding of business needs, fostering organizational growth, and enabling individuals to tackle new challenges
• A creative and collaborative thinker, excellent communicator, and organizer, bringing a high degree of empathy to working relationships
• Proficiency in SAP HR
• Hold a degree in business administration with an HR focus or possess comparable training with relevant work experience
• Fluent in both written and spoken German and English
