What you’ll do;
- Extensive diary management for the MD
- Inbox management and organise meetings
- Organise extensive international travel and prepare detailed itineraries
- Processing invoices and managing project related reports
- Maintaining data on the CRM
- Event organisation as required
- Processing
- Liaising with external service providers and vendors
- Providing ad-hoc support where required including general department administration
- Providing cover for the other EAs as and when required
- Fluency in both German and English, written and verbal
- Previous EA experience within a fast-paced environment, preferably financial services
- Strong communication skills
- Confident with Office applications
- Salesforce experience desired
- Highly organised and motivated
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- A “can-do” attitude
