Salary: 60,000-70,000

The company are a leading digital consultancy that help brands to launch their campaigns and products quicker, improve customer engagement and drive personalization all from a single platform.
The Role:
Do you have a proven track record in building and implementing best-in-class Data Driven Marketing/Performance Marketing strategies across all channels, and uncovering new ways to build customer relationships?
- Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Comfortable and confident in working with million-euro clients.
- Acquire a strong knowledge of the clients within your portfolio and identify the best way to service their needs.
- Ability to handle client problems and situations with emotional intelligence.
- Build strong and long-lasting client relationships as their trusted contact translating to retention and revenue growth.
- Build relationships both vertically and horizontally.
- Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager in AdTech, Analytics MarTech, SaaS or programmatic media buying/selling;
- Monitor client performance on the platform
- Quickly switch between top level clients across various industries
- Guide clients in configuration and utilization of the platform to suit their business needs and deliver ongoing value;
Your Skillset:
- You have an analytical background.
- An interest in interpreting numbers and turning data into actionable stories for clients.
- You want to work in a vibrant international environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English is a Must.
- Sound knowledge of web analytics, tracking and the usual key figures and evaluation criteria.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to present effectively to senior management of clients.
The Benefits:
The successful candidate will earn 60,000-70,000 per annum as well as competitive benefits and bonuses.
