Tasks
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and fostering lasting relationships with SMEs and large-scale enterprises. Your challenges will include:
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and profitability.
- Overseeing the implementation of global contracts and processes for assigned customers, ensuring seamless operations.
- Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and driving their strategic development.
- Leading and supporting complex customer projects, collaborating with specialist departments.
- Identifying upselling opportunities and maximizing customer value.
- Collaborating with international partners to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and delivering timely reports to stakeholders.
- Providing on-site support to customers across Switzerland, with occasional travel.
Requirements
