Tasks

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and fostering lasting relationships with SMEs and large-scale enterprises. Your challenges will include:

  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Overseeing the implementation of global contracts and processes for assigned customers, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Gaining a deep understanding of customer needs and driving their strategic development.
  • Leading and supporting complex customer projects, collaborating with specialist departments.
  • Identifying upselling opportunities and maximizing customer value.
  • Collaborating with international partners to deliver exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and delivering timely reports to stakeholders.
  • Providing on-site support to customers across Switzerland, with occasional travel.

Requirements

We're seeking candidates who embody innovation, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for customer-centric solutions. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A dynamic and solution-oriented mindset, with a knack for understanding and addressing customer needs.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Commercial or business management training, with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with French language skills considered a plus.
  • Experience in project management is advantageous but not essential.
