Financial : The Project Manager will typically lead a project(s) budget of £400k up to £1.6m and is accountable for managing to this budget, forecasting spend accurately and flagging risks & opportunities as appropriate. Key financial processes, principles, and timetables must be adhered to.
Market Complexity :DBS delivers services to all Diageo markets and across all functions. The Project Manager will typically lead a projects with a complex multi geography/functional/process/system footprint. Risk to business operations, change impact, and compliance/controls is in the mid to high range
The role is expected to play a broad and impactful role in delivering the DBS Productivity Agenda. The role holder will be required to move between strategy and operational details to set priorities for a diverse project team so as to keep them aligned and focused to ensure brilliant execution.
Leadership Responsibilities & capabilities :There are a number of key senior stakeholder both internally and externally with whom effective business partnering relationships are essential (Tower Leads, BRMs, Service Delivery Leads, GM’s, FD’s etc.). Stakeholders and sponsor will typically sit on market or functional leadership teams within the organisation. This role will lead the delivery of Low to high complexity projects and that may have multiple workstreams or deployments.

Assures all appropriate compliance and control requirements are met.
Accountable for rigorous project/programme governance: Establishes at the outset a clear & robust governance model and uses that governance to drive decisions & outcomes, drive engagement and management of stakeholders
