Adresse- To assist team head to implement AXA Agency Recruitment strategies
- To provide assistance in planning and organising Agency Recruitment incentives / events / marketing activies / promotion campaigns
- To explore opportunities to promote AXA career development platform and attract talents
- To manage Agency Recruitment programme logistics
- To co-ordinate with vendors, production houses, designers and technicians for effective delivery and measurable results
- To monitor recruitment campaign progress and results
- To actively participate in digital marketing tasks, including but not limited to preparation and writing advertorials and marketing articles for promotion of AXA recruitment activities and career development platform
- To provide support on general administration, logistics and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Your Profile
- University graduate, preferably in Marketing, Media and Communication, Business Administration, Language and Culture or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years experience in insurance, training, marketing, event management, corporate communications, and/or branding and promotion
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing)
- Photoshop / AI and simple video editing skills are advantages
- Effective written and excellent verbal communication in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proven experience in project management, problem solving & interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Good team player, detailed-minded, well-organized, strong communication skill and service-oriented minds
