In your new role you will:
The incumbent will work in close collaboration with our Shared Services team to support the day-to-day HR operations and administrative duties.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to following:
- New Hire onboarding - induction and administration
- Offboarding coordination and leavers' administration.
- P-file administration and support in regular digital archiving exercises.
- Work pass related duties and administration.
- Attend to employee, internal and external stakeholders requests/queries within SLA via ticketing system
- Audit preparation support
- Payroll and Statutory related submissions; coordination and administration
- Support for internal and external (statutory agencies') surveys
- Assist with ad-hoc projects if required; coordination and administrative support for any other assigned HR cyclical processes.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar field or setting is preferable.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Positive working attitude; keen learner; strong team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of initiative, meticulous, detail-orientated with quality mindset and able to multitask.
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of local labour legislation and experience in work pass topics and payroll is a plus.
