AdresseWe are looking for a Technical Service&Development Specialist to join the MOLYKOTE® Specialty Lubricants team in Wiesbaden, Germany. This position is aligned to Dupont Electronics&Industrial Business. MOLYKOTE® Brand includes broad range of lubricants technology like Greases, Pastes, Oils and Anti-Friction Coatings for diverse applications in Automotive&Industrial markets.
Technical Service&Development Specialist will be closely working with customers and channel partners and be responsible for Application development and new product technology implementation into the market.
Main Responsibilities:
Technical support for customers and distributors. Building their technical capabilities and delivering technical trainings based on their needs.
Lead new application development with existing and new product technologies. Identify, validate and support growth opportunities at the customers in close cooperation with the Sales team
Design test plans; generate technical data using internal and external lab capabilities; interpretate it into customer’s values.
Bring voice of the customers to identify new trends in the industry for innovative sustainable solutions and translate it into new projects
Leading of commercialization projects through full stage gate process and acceleration of product launches in cooperation with other functions and external partners
Deliver high quality technical reports and submit patent disclosures if applicable
Represent MOLYKOTE® technologies at Industry Conferences including paper talks and publications
Be Safety Champion in all areas. Demonstrate and promote Safety behavior during daily work.
Qualification:
Science degree (M.Sc. or PhD) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, knowledge of Tribology and Lubrication is a plus
Tracked experience in working with the customers providing technical support and/or application development
English and German languages, another European language is a plus

Location: Wiesbaden, Germany
Travel up to 10-20% within EMEA region
