Your Commitment will include
- Responsibilities include conceptualizing, provisioning, evolving, and managing the infrastructure services such as Workstations, MS Dynamics AX, MS Dynamics 365, MS 365, MS Server on-premise, as well as cloud and network infrastructure.
- Additionally, responsible for leading the "Engineering" team comprising 6 members both professionally and administratively.
- Ensuring operational continuity and providing 2nd-level support within the scope of responsibility.
- Designing, creating, testing, and implementing ICT infrastructure components and systems.
- Driving innovation and identifying areas for optimization.
- Defining and implementing quality assurance measures.
- Leading (partial) projects and acting as a deputy for the Head of ICT Platform Services.
Qualifikation
Achieving the difference requires
- Minimum of five years of experience in the relevant professional environment
- Leadership experience with additional training in personnel management
- Experience in project management
- Methodological competence in application management and requirements engineering
- Higher technical education (Bachelor's level or equivalent)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency in both German and English, additional languages are a plus
- Solution- and goal-oriented mindset, with a high level of service orientation
- Strong communication skills at all levels and with international stakeholders
