Team Leader Finance And Controlling (M/W/D)

Our client is a prominent supplier of ticketing solutions for public transportation and a system provider for bike parking. Their core focus lies in the creation and deployment of integrated hardware and software solutions.

- Managing and strategizing the accounting, bookkeeping, and Controlling departments with a team of 5 employees

- Handling advance sales tax returns and statistical reports

- Overseeing core financial management duties including monthly financial statements, balance sheets, liquidity management, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS

- Collaborating closely with management, internal departments, and external partners such as authorities, tax consultants, and auditors

- Directing commercial controlling efforts, particularly in cost center accounting, overhead cost calculation, and project controlling

- Serving as the primary point of contact for finance-specific and regulatory issues both internally and externally

- Possess an academic degree in economics or equivalent qualification, such as accounting

- Demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant professional experience with initial management exposure

- Showcase expertise in operational controlling, specifically in analyzing and assessing business processes, budgeting, and liquidity planning

- Exhibit proficiency in HGB accounting, annual financial statement preparation, cost accounting, and sales tax law

- Demonstrate pragmatic and loyal leadership qualities with an entrepreneurial mindset
