Job description

In your new role you will:

• Responsible and maintain a group of Final Test Equipment
• Drive & improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency
• Drive & implement maintenance cost, quality & yield improvement project
• Preventive and predictive maintenance improvement program to maintain equipment stability
• Equipment spare part management
• Impart equipment knowledge and skill to shopfloor maintenance team to develop strong skilled maintenance team
• Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment
• Strong in Mechanical Tolerance and baselining, handler critical parameter control (eg. mechanical alignment, pressure , motor) and Jam statistics analysis

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in Mechatronic /Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering.
• Min 5 - 8 years of experiences in final test equipment in semiconductor industry
• Experience in Tri temp gravity feed IC Test Handler is must
• Experienced on MT9928/RA1800/RA1000 is preferred
• Strong knowledge in applying problem-solving and analysis tool, e.g., 8D,5 whys, QC tool
• Technically sound and strong desire to build up technical competency
• Able to recommend design change to improve equipment performance
• Passionate in problem solving and hands on
• Project management experience and proactive communicator to provide timely update to various stakeholder
